Frequently asked questions

What does an enterprise cybersecurity service include?

Depending on the contracted plan, it includes network protection with firewall and VPN, server security through hardening and updates, event monitoring, cloud infrastructure protection, malicious traffic filtering and technical support. The exact scope is defined during the discovery stage.

What is the difference between the three plans?

Essential Protection covers VPN for up to 10 users, advanced firewall, monitoring during business hours, critical patches and support during business hours. Advanced Security adds VPN for up to 25 users, 24/7 monitoring, cloud protection, malicious traffic filtering, IoT security, priority support and a monthly report. Total Protection adds 24/7 incident response, advanced cloud security, anti-DDoS, application auditing with SQLi and XSS assessments, penetration testing according to scope, 24/7 support, bi-weekly reports and strategic advisory.

Can you protect servers?

Yes. We work on hardening, updates, monitoring, review of exposed services and protection against unauthorized access, according to the contracted scope.

Do you work with WordPress?

Yes. WordPress site security can be addressed within application protection and the security of the hosting server. The scope is defined based on a prior assessment.

Is a business VPN included?

Yes. All three plans include a business VPN. The number of users and branches varies by plan and contracted scope.

Can you review web applications?

Yes. Vulnerability review, including SQL Injection and XSS, is part of application protection and of the audit included in Total Protection, according to the contracted scope.

What if my company has already suffered an incident?

You can indicate it in the form or via WhatsApp so we prioritize contact. We assess the situation, identify affected assets and define the scope of the technical response.

Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?

Yes, in the Advanced Security and Total Protection plans. Essential Protection includes network monitoring during business hours.

Is DDoS protection included?

Anti-DDoS protection is included in the Total Protection plan. In the other plans it can be assessed and quoted separately.

Does a cybersecurity service guarantee there will never be an attack?

No. No provider can guarantee zero risk or the total absence of incidents. Cybersecurity reduces the probability and impact of an attack through prevention, monitoring, updates and response, but residual risk always remains.
